The Captain America head at 1:16 in this promo clip from the original Marvel Superheroes cartoons of the 1960s is by Don Heck & WALLY WOOD! Though ultra-simple, these first-ever Marvel cartoons have a lot of charm as they often (to save money) cribbed art from the actual comics. The Heck-Wood Cap head is from the last page of Avengers 22.
