The Marvel Age of Comics
Here’s a particularly beautiful example of a Steve Ditko splash page, from one of the pre-super-hero shock ending stories that he and Stan Lee produced for all of the assorted Marvel suspense books. This particular one is from TALES OF SUSPENSE #26, and would have been produced concurrent with that FANTASTIC FOUR #3 page, more or less.
