Here’s the cover to AVENGERS #70 by Sal Buscema and Sam Grainger. You can see that the board had been cut up and the figures repositioned on the page for the final composition. It looks to me like Hyperion and Goliath were lowered to make room for the logo, and that the positions of Captain America and Thor were swapped.
