An unpublished page from the Flash story intended for FLASH COMICS #109 by Carmine Infantino and Frank Giacoia.
FLASH COMICS was discontinued with issue #104, leaving the stories for #105-112 completed by unpublished. 
You can see that an art correction patch had been done for the first panel, but over the years it dropped off, as did the text from Flash’s word balloon in that same panel.
